Cash on Delivery (CASH upon delivery)
You can choose to finish the order on the website, you get the goods at home by courier and pay in cash when you're holding the parcel. Payment on delivery will include a 2% surcharge with a minimum of € 3.50 due to the service offered by the courier.
Upon delivery you will need to have cash in the exact amount of your order. The courier will not accept checks and can not give change.
Remember that for a possible reimbursement you must have a bank account or post on which credit the money. More details on the page "Return Product".
PayPal & Credit Cards
For the management of payment by credit card we rely on the service offered by PayPal, the system does not include additional charges or hidden costs.
Before starting the procedure make sure you have all the necessary data to complete the payment: credit card number, name about ownership, expiration date, security code (last three digits on the back). If you use a prepaid card or disposable, remember to keep it after the purchase because it may serve for a possible chargeback.
After confirming the details of your order, we will open the page of PayPal: you do not need a PayPal account to be registered or, if you are registered and logged proceed to the payment, otherwise just enter the details of your credit card and complete the payment.
We guarantee that every purchase is made in total safety. Our system does not directly manage the payment, then we will not be aware of the data that you place in the PayPal page.

Bank Transfer
You can also choose "Bank Transfer" as the payment method, in this mode are not worth the times indicated in the "Shipping". The goods will be shipped once-credited to our account (usually 1 to 3 days. Working).
The changes will take effect through your financial institution indicating that the data will be communicated once confirmed purchase.
Remember to put as reason your order number.
Any refund will be sent to the same account or a new one may be communicated during the return procedure. More details on the page "Return Product".
Payment at the withdrawal of the goods at our head office
If you decide to come to our office to view the goods, you can choose to pay your products by cash or by credit card (we always use PayPal. Please, read above to have all the details and to find out how it works).
Coming to our office in order to buy our products, you can decide if you prefer to buy all the goods or only some of them, to leave them or to buy something different. This service DOES NOT HAVE ADDITIONAL COSTS!
