We have a simple return procedure to make your shopping experience with us enjoyable.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You can return any product purchased from our store or from our website within 14 days.
It is important that the returned products are in the same condition as you received them.
Here’s what you need to do in order to return or exchange any product. If you are exchanging the product please specify the correct product code for the replacement which can be found on our website:
1) Go to your personal page on our website and select "History and my orders details". Select the order you wish to return or exchange, please enter reason for return or exchange in the box below."
2) You will be sent an email with an attached pdf containing a return authority and address label. Please print label and attach to the parcel.
REPLACING INCORRECTLY SENT OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
3) Our courier will contact you to pick up the package. Please note that we do cover the postage.
RETURN OF INCORRECTLY ORDERED PRODUCTS
3) Please send with your preferred courier or by post within 14 days of receiving the return authority. Please note that we don’t cover the postage for incorrectly ordered products. If you wish to replace the returned product with the correct one you will need to order it from our website as a new purchase.
You will receive confirmation by email within 3 working days of us receiving your return. Please note that only properly returned items can be refunded or exchanged. If your return does not meet the return policy requirements, we will be unable to refund or exchange the goods and will be returned at customers expense.
For a refund (full or partial) we require bank account details or post office account details so refund can be made to the customer. Regardless of payment method used when goods were purchased.
The return can be made only from the country in which you placed your order.
